    Really good Service and Luxurious Comfort

    I spent 2 nights in a Club Junior Suite and was impressed by the service and the attention to detail . The staff were really nice, anticipating my needs and offering extra amenities. The suite was spacious with fine city views, and I particularly loved the breakfast options offered in the club lounge. My only minor note for improvement would be the crowded atmosphere during peak breakfast hours, but overall, it was a nice experience.

    We liked the property and would like to stay longer. The total stay was VERY VERY GOOD with 2 nights at the wonderful Ritz Osaka. The location was best possible and quiet and short walk from a garden and the bay. We got a superior king room which was new-fashioned.

    For a luxury hotel, the lobby lounge's lack of seating for casual visits is quite frustrating!!! The ladies' restroom near the lobby didn't accommodate the volume, resulting in long waits. Improvements needed!!!
